Shipping and Returns

 Shipping is FREE on all orders of $50 or more. A standard rate of $4 for all other orders. 

Returns:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return for store credit only. Please include the return form found below. GRAB BAGS ARE FINAL SALE. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and make-up stains, free of animal hair, perfume/deodorant and smoke, WITH tags still attached (if applicable).

 All returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for all shipping costs. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx - with a tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive your item(s), they will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an in-store credit for the returned items minus any shipping charges. 

If you received a damaged item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. If damages are reported past the 2 day deadline we cannot be held accountable.

If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the above criteria, please note we are not responsible to ship it back to you if we find that it is in violation of the above policies. A $10 handling fee + shipping will be accessed to ship your item(s) back to you.

Jewelry, purses, scarves, headbands, head wraps, sunglasses, gift certificates, other accessories, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

 Exchanges:

We cannot guarantee that an item(s) won’t be sold out by the time your return arrives to us. Our website does not allow us to “hold” online merchandise. Once we have received your return, you will be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. 

PLEASE NOTE:  When placing your order, please confirm that all of your contact/shipping information is correct. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
